The San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC), the City agency that brought national attention to its sewers using slogans like “No one deals with more crap than I do” and “Your #2 is my #1,” is now debuting a rap song. The video, titled “You Can’t Live a Day without me” features cameos by ex-49ers great Ronnie Lott and former San Francisco Mayor Willie L. Brown, Jr.

The City’s sewers work 24/7, 365 days a year; the Sewer System Improvement Program (SSIP) is a multi-billion dollar citywide investment underway to ensure it’s safe now and continues to protect public health and the environment for generations to come.
