The experience with Virect was great. The account management and support was top notch. Krateen made a nice video and everything fit our specs. There were a few edits that were requested and usually they were done on time, but there was a lull for a long period for one of them. Overall, if you can set a deadline and move forward from there, then I'd recommend working with them.
